Payments for dues and contributions can be made by using one of the below methods.
NOTE: When using a Check, PayPal, Cash APP ($bhamskegee), etc. - Remember to place/write a MEMO of what you are paying. Example: BATSF (Scholarship Fund), POC (Parade of Clubs), Local Dues-$30, Region - $10, National - $35, Raffle tickets, Special Donation, etc.

Alumni Meetings
Alumni meetings are now regularly held in person on the second Sunday of each month at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church at 3 pm standard time (4 pm daylight savings time). Alumni can meet in person at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church or optionally meet via Zoom using the below login information.

2026 Parade of Clubs
The 2026 Parade of Clubs will be held during the Tuskegee National Alumni Association Biennial Convention, July 30 - August 2, 2026 in Memphis Tennessee. The Parade of Clubs event at the conference with take place on August 1, 2026. Alumni support of Mother Tuskegee through a financial donation is requested and appreciated.
The Parade of Clubs campaign for the Birmingham Club will conclude on July 25, 2026. If you cannot make a donation by this time, you can make a pledge donation. Pledge donations received by October 31 will count toward the Parade of clubs. Pledge contributions received after October 31 will not count toward the Parade of Clubs but will be credited to the donor. Use the donation form if making a donation now. Use the pledge form if making a contribution later. If an online donation is made, the completed donation form should still be provided. Your contribution is 100% tax deductible.

For a fillable donation form and instructions, click Fillable Donation Form and Instructions.. Forward your donation form and contribution to the club's post office box (P.O. Box 110671, Birmingham, AL 35211). Make checks payable to Tuskegee University. Donations are requested by July 25, 2026. Donations can also be made prior to the deadline at the July club meeting.
Club Dues
The membership dues amount is $75, which includes local and national alumni association dues. Complete a membership form and return it with your dues payment to the club's post office box shown on the form or bring it to a club meeting. To obtain a membership form, click member form.
Fall 2026 Tuskegee University Open House
The Birmingham Area Tuskegee Alumni Association will sponsor a bus trip to Tuskegee University's Open House on Saturday, October 17, 2026. This trip offers an opportunity for prospective Tuskegee University students to learn about the university and all that it has to offer. The local Tuskegee alumni club will provide chaperones. More trip information can be found on the Open House Flyer.
The cost for each student to participate in the trip is $20, which includes transportation, a TU backpack, a football game ticket, and lunch. Payment information is found on the Open House Flyer. In making payment, please note the student's name and purpose of payment (e.g. John Williams - Open House). A breakfast snack will be provided on the bus. Parental permission is required for students to participate. See the Permission Letter.
Freshman Cook-in 2026
The Birmingham Area Tuskegee Alumni Association will hold its 2026 cook-in on Saturday, July 18, 3 pm - 5:30 pm, at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church. Reply to Wyetta Jordan by phone or text on "205-370-9448" with your name to confirm attendance and the number in your party.
Alumni are asked to bring supplies for donation to students. Suggested supply items are listed in an email message sent to alumni on Thursday, July 9.
